Description:
On behalf of our client, a renown European institution, we are seeking for a Business Analyst, willing to join their team in Brussels, Belgium (on-site).

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in comprehending, interpreting and modelling business processes
- Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in offering user support, including guidance, training, and coaching
- Competent in stakeholder engagement, eliciting requirements, conducting interviews, validating findings, and maintaining a comprehensive requirements repository
- Dynamic, solution-oriented, and skilled at identifying potential solution pathways
- Experienced working within diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating teamwork and the ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum Level B2)
