REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of supporting digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case development, and data analysis. Familiarity with software like SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and their application in business analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation: Familiarity with the concepts and practices of digital transformation and its impact on business processes and strategies.
• Certification in Business Analysis: Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA are highly desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst at ITsPeople, you will be a key player in identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct thorough analyses, and deliver insights that drive business improvements and support digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and propose solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic goals, working closely with IT teams to implement and test these solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements and project updates.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
