We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst, specializing in ERP implementations, with on-hand experience of supply chain, production, warehouse management, and transportation management, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, configuring the required modules to meet best practices and business needs, training and providing user support, and execute system improvements. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical and documentation skills, and be a solutions driven team player, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position will require to work in a hybrid work schedule in our office based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across cross-functional teams to understand their needs and objectives.
- Design and configure ERP modules to support best practice business processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and gather feedback.
- Customize and extend ERP functionalities using configuration, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop test plans, conduct testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training, write SOPs, and support end-users on all related functionalities.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant business experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on D365, SAP, and/or JDE E1 ERP applications.
- Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.
- Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 ERP modules is an asset.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- · Certifications in Dynamics 365, SAP ECC 6, or JDE E1 are a plus.
- · Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- · Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
