Description:
BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Fluent in business process mapping and use of flow diagram software (Visio, SmartDraw, etc.).
- Familiarity with web-based application development technologies such as .NET, XML, and SQL.
- SQL development experience preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, project management abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clinical end users to define and document functionality enhancements that improve business process workflow, enhance customer communication, and generate meaning healthcare quality metrics.
- Customize and configure system software to meet business requirements. This may include limited SQL code development and executing SQL queries to evaluate and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize software tools to request, track, and manage project work – including granular time spent on tasks.
- Thoroughly document user functional design requirements, evaluate scope, and recommend solutions.
- Develop test plans, create test cases, execute testing, and ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate application implementation for new clients and version releases for existing clients.
- Manage small to large projects including defining schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and reporting status.
- Write user documentation, release notes, training materials, and document solutions in a knowledge base.
- Provide training and user support to business clients.
