Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-analysis to identify transition opportunities
- Create reports and visualizations based on data analysis to aid decision-making within both Transitions and Portfolio Management.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of data models related to Portfolio, productivity, and transition quality.
- Help develop business cases for transitions and support their execution
- Contribute to the daily, monthly, and yearly Portfolio Governance Process
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping them understand the Portfolio processes.
- Assist with ongoing improvement to the Portfolio Governance Model.
- Collaborate closely with team members, other internal teams, and key partners.
- Stay informed on the latest data analysis tools and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the Transition and Portfolio team.
