Description:

Summary
The objective of the position is to collaborate with business units and leverage technology to enhance business operations.
What you’ll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

  • Assist in facilitating workshops and interviews to gather and document precise business requirements.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications, guiding the implementation of systems.
  • Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes.
  • Prepare project documentation (business blueprint document, business requirements document, schedule, etc.), and trainings materials.
  • Work closely with external software vendors to ensure smooth software development, implementation and maintenance.
  • Ensure all agreed deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and to an optimal level of quality.
  • Facilitate UAT workshops with users.
  • Provide a second line of support to users.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues.

What you’ll need

  • 2-3 years analytical working experience, preferably in sourcing or retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based.
  • High level of Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills
  • A good understanding of software development methodologies is preferrable.
  • Good organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must
