Your responsibilities include:

• You assist users with technical issues, and you are the central contract point between different suppliers and internal departments to find solutions for the problems.
• You identify and document clear “epics” and “user stories” that developers and data engineers can typically realize in a few sprints.
• You manage suppliers and keep an eye on the change management chain for our applications, make test plans and address technical issues or bugs related to Bloomberg’s software.
• You work in close cooperation with (senior) management, end users and/or external parties to identify and follow-up on relevant operational risks and process improvements

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a strong proficiency in Bloomberg terminal, with solid understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
• Be familiar with listed equity markets and investment analysis, preferably with exposure to ESG and impact investing.
• Have experience in taking the responsibility to convert needs, insights, and concepts into concrete requirements and maintain a backlog with sprint goals (and you dare to say no when applicable).
• Be energised by facilitating workshops with the business and able to use methods like design thinking and/or Lean methods.
• Have a mix of courage and organisational sensitivity, enabling you to effectively communicate your advice and decisions, gaining support from others and making choices transparent
