Business Analyst

As a successful candidate you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives by providing relevant, up-to-date reporting for various Teams. You will be responsible for creating and developing business reporting eco-system, covering all relevant channels, markets and brands, in ways reflecting their specificities. The outputs of your work will be crucial for informed decision-making and strategic growth of our omnichannel business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and workflows in each channel and assure a relevant reporting architecture
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their business needs and challenges, and proactively propose relevant data solutions
• Oversee data processes and dataflows for the division, both, strategically and operationally
• Assure availability of reports in a reliable and timely manner
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems, proactively drive the change
• Conduct testing and orchestrate implementation of new systems and processes in collaboration with relevant teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication, and leverage feedback for continuous improvement
• Act as ambassador to support the adoption and usage of new solutions. Share and promote data literacy and usage of reports. Gather users´feedback to improve reports´UX
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in business analysis

KEY TASKS:

• Create, automate, maintain and develop reports, mostly in Power BI
• Clean and process data from various sources and ensure its upload to an SQL server (Power Query, Python etc.).
• Administration and key account management of the SFA tool
• Ad-hoc tasks, often including the use of MS Excel
