Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?

SKILLS

Must have
Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow / IRM implementation
strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge
proficient with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Power BI
confident communicator that can explain business requirements to IT stakeholders and their engineering teams,-and influence their outcomes
capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services
Nice to have
ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to:
support business stakeholders and their teams in translating business requirements into ServiceNow IRM technical requirements,
document the technical requirements in standard system,
contribute expertise to shape the IRM solution customizations,
help to decide whether out of box vs customised solution is needed to address business requirements,
report the progress and communicate with stakeholders,
help to drive ServiceNow platform change / migration from GRC (on prem) to IRM (cloud).
