PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client is currently managing a large inventory with 300+ applications (plus additional 300+ End User Applications) driving significantly the overall IT cost and binding IT SME resources and capacity. This is driven mainly by acquisitions of new companies.
The project goal is to combine and consolidate the current separated IT organizations, identify application overlaps, reduce duplications and remove in the target state no longer required applications.
The initial phase of the project is to conduct a POC to provide a detailed analysis accross 2 business domains (Fund administration, Portfolio Management) and 2 technology domains (Oracle, MS Dynamics) and help to formulate a buisness case to secure funding for the program.

Capturing infrastructure, data flows and interdependencies with

Determine future state architecture, aligned with internal IT
stakeholders as well as business application owners
Future state contains full technical coverage of all components (infra,
platforms as well as future maintenance cost (HC and licences)
Future state aligned to business owner expectations & goals
Analysis accompanied by a road map in terms of phasing and major
milestones as well as cost estimates to achieve
