What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst in the Macquarie Asset Management Digital Team, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital transformation efforts. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document both current and future state processes, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation of digital solutions
- Defining data-related requirements and working closely with our in-house development team to guide the creation of data integrations and essential business workflows
- Coordinating user acceptance testing, including the preparation of detailed test plans, creating test evidence, and resolving issues in partnership with developers
- Engaging with Digital, Data, and Technology teams across different regions, playing a pivotal role in our global operations and digital strategy execution.
What you offer
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, including proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with large data sets, complemented by a good understanding of data structures, governance, and financial concepts

- Highly organised with superior time management skills, proven track record in driving digital change within the financial services sector, specifically asset management

- Knowledgeable in data management expertise, including the ability to manage and interpret large data sets, underpinned by knowledge in financial concepts and accounting terminology.
