Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

// We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Product team, focusing on defining and refining requirements to enhance our platform’s flexibility and scalability. This role will support API enhancements and configuration improvements to meet diverse customer needs, ensuring our platform is technically robust and aligns with business objectives. You will collaborate with development teams, translating requirements into clear features and integrations that support our adaptable, open architecture.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders throughout the development process. This position demands strong analytical skills, an ability to capture the big picture, and thorough documentation to support scalable solutions.

Location: This role is fully remote and only opened to Colombia-based candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to translate high-level platform business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise, with a focus on API functionality and configuration improvements.
  • Gather insights from internal stakeholders to understand platform usage, identify gaps, and support the development of comprehensive requirements.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to design features that prioritize flexibility, scalability, and technical robustness.
  • Actively engage with engineering teams throughout the development process to refine requirements, support testing, and ensure features meet specifications.
  • Stay informed on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements to ensure our platform continues to meet necessary standards.
  • Contribute to the prioritization of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on development feedback and organisational priorities.
