We are looking for a reliable and switched on Analyst to join ZIWI as our Business Analyst - Master Data Management. Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of our organization’s master data assets. As the BA MDM, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and IT professionals to analyse business requirements, define data standards, and support the implementation of MDM solutions.
In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for MDM-related inquiries and issues. As such, you will bring experience in document creation, knowledge database maintenance and data retrieval processes.
Ideally you will have a background in a similar role within a medium to large organisation, and able to demonstrate positive results in previous roles. You will be looking for a role that is truly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders and will enjoy exploring opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a full time permanent role based in Awatoto, Napier however we are open to the role being based out of our corporate office in Parnell, Auckland.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on Master Data Management or data governance initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, SQL querying, and data modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
