Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology via the One Endeavour Transformation Program.
The Business Analyst role will work within the Momentum pillar that will be focused on analysis of our shared applications ecosystem with Woolworths, and coordinate the migration of applications from shared Woolworths systems to stand-alone Endeavour applications.
The role will be working as part of a program team which includes project and change managers and will be working closely with various business stakeholders, software vendors, Woolworths and technology stakeholders, to reshape our application ecosystem and successfully migrate away from our reliance on shared systems, to stand up our own internal capabilities within Endeavour.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes
  • Evaluate, analyse and communicate business requirements on a continuing basis with a clear documentation of current state and future state (optimised) business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into process enhancements
  • Working with the business process owners, lead the development, documentation and delivery of end-to-end process and ensure solutions are delivered that enable business value
  • Provide support to the Program Manager, Project Managers, Change Managers and relevant Applications resources as required e.g. development of Business Case, Project Schedule, Vendor Evaluation, Training activities, Operational Support, and progress updates, as required for each project
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical solutions, ensuring synergy between innovation and practical application
  • Liaising with the pillar to ensure they have access to the right information from the customer and stakeholders at the right time, in order to assist the development of the solution and know that it will achieve the outcome
  • Support change management activities by supporting triage, preparing process mapping, training materials & FAQ and facilitating training sessions for end-users
