REQUIREMENTS:

• A qualification of a Bachelor`s Degree or National Diploma (NQF level 7 or 6) in any Information Technology or Computer Science related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital transformation projects or related IT projects and have process reengineering experience.
• Skills and experience will be an added advantage:

• Be inducted to the company Project Management Framework.
• Elicit requirements or expectations for the system, eliminate the requirements conflicts between stakeholders.
• Record all the functional and technical requirements including processes (AS-IS and TO-BE).
• Drill down the requirements with stakeholders.
• Review and refine the business case to align with the business requirements.
• Review and refine the strategic product journey map.
• Define and document solution specifications and requirements, outline the features of the solution and map out the phases of its development and implementation.
• Perform requirements walkthrough with the stakeholders and get stakeholders approval.
• Ensure that the documents are stored, versioned and named according to best practices.
• Conduct brainstorming, joint application development, and scrum/sprint sessions respectively.
• Log the change requests, analyze, validate, assess the change the requirements, set the priority of the change requests, communicate the change request status to the stakeholders.
• Draft testing scenarios, perform user acceptance testing and facility end-user training.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders on roadmap planning and prioritization.
