The delivery of business analysis assignments to enable our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients, populations and staff and ensuring best value for public money. To provide business analysis and change management expertise to support digital transformation projects across the Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) To act as a facilitator of change on a multiple, concurrent projects with any of the health and social care organisations in Gloucestershire. Coordinate and facilitate cross functional groups of stakeholders and use a range of information elicitation techniques to identify, understand, analyse, document and communicate the business requirements to enable optimal business improvement, system design and technical solution development. Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and standards to support innovative and creative delivery of business objectives
