WHAT IS NODA?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants’ bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

• Business process analysis: developing proposals for process optimization in ERP;
• Gathering and documenting user requirements;
• Collaboration with the development team;
• Participating in testing new system features and modules;
• Ensuring successful implementation of solutions and training users;
• Providing user support;
• Consulting users on system usage;
• Collecting and analyzing data for report preparation;
• Developing and maintaining reports within the system.

WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics/SAP/Sage;
• Basic experience in creating SQL queries;
• Basic understanding of accounting;
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements;
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose optimizations;
• Ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical specialists;
• Russian - native or bilingual and English language is at a full professional proficiency level.
