REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in JIRA, and background in Scrum Agile to manage team tickets; Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well, understand business needs and challenges

• Analyse Agency’s needs, develop business case and scope the issue to resolve
• Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives; Work with Agency users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution
• Identify stakeholders, techniques and processes to manage, track and trace requirements
• Focus on internal software development, gather requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and tracking timelines, including product roadmap strategy and planning together with the Product Manager
• Explore, identify and document business needs; Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders
• Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution
• Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope
• Able to manage software, service as a product by planning the product lifecycle and evolution of the software, service product.
• Skilled in Scrum Agile management of development team, including writing user story, assigning story points, tracking backlog and burndown each sprint
