How do we work?
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst to help drive and support our product development strategy. We work in an international environment with Product Managers and Business Analysts located in Poland and the UK. The role is located in Krakow and we work in a hybrid model - we’d love to meet you in the office (Krakow, Zablocie) minimum once a week.

We are looking for a Candidate who is/has:

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral.
  • Capable of making experiment-tested and data-validated conclusions.
  • Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional wisdom and driving change to improve processes and client experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead initiatives with guidance from Product Managers.
  • Work closely with development teams as Agile Product Owner.
  • Collect and document business and regulatory requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications.
  • Work with UX Designers to create frictionless customer journeys.
  • Evaluate and document processes and workflows.
  • Coordinate the launch of various deliverables in cooperation with other departments like Treasury, Compliance, Client Cash Management Team.
  • Manage the expectations and satisfaction of initiative stakeholders.

What skillset do you need, to be successful in this role?

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Owner) using Jira / Confluence.
  • Experience in gathering requirements for payments-related functionalities and business processes.
  • Practical experience in writing user stories and creating business requirements documentation.
  • Experience designing and documenting new processes and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and the proven ability to apply them effectively.
  • Whole lifecycle experience of software delivery management methods.
