• Business Analysis certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) is preferred.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct meetings and clarification workshops with customers to refine requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop user stories, business cases, and mockups to facilitate solution design.
• Research and analyze industry trends, business data, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design end-to-end solutions, evaluate technologies, and recommend suitable approaches.
• Oversee requirements management, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Track project progress, log change requests, and manage scope adjustments.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on project requirements, processes, and decisions.
• Identify business opportunities and influence stakeholders to drive project success.
