YOU’LL ALSO:

• Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
• Lead or support planning, analysis design and implementation tasks
• Document, trace and link review recommendations to delivery outputs
• Support in the identification of business processes requiring redesign to improve consistency and efficiency
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing
• Help to embed strategic change within the business

THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

• Consulting background (e.g., Big 4, Accenture) with experience drafting policies, procedures, and guidance for financial institutions
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to write clearly and concisely
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively
• Comfortable working in a team and presenting at governance forums
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers
• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience supporting the delivery of business and technology change
• A high aptitude for complex problem solving and critical thinking
