• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a Salesforce environment.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Experience in business process modelling, requirement analysis, and project management.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

• Proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed business process models, user stories, and use cases.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and refine Salesforce workflows, automation, and other functionalities to optimise business processes.
• Participate in the customisation and configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and other components.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
