Relevant experience working in a programme management role with multiple stakeholders
Relevant experience in analysing quantitative data effectively to drive decisions
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment
The Business Analyst works across the EU in a cross-functional environment with a variety of business units to develop and enhance tools, automate processes, generate business insights and present findings to business partners to drive improvements.
The successful candidate will have strong data mining and modeling skills and is comfortable facilitating ideas and working from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new processes and methodologies across the organization
- Reporting and analysis through tools, portals and reports; following solution-driven approach to systems and processes, using advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and manipulating/mining data from database tables (Redshift, Data Warehouse)
- Pull and publish data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL, Python, Quicksight and / or other data management systems) and to perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Communicate with external customers (Vendors / Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Network Planning)
Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
Experience collaborating with teams based in different locations and external partners
