Job Description

• Work independently on large projects to help your project team deliver high quality work on time
• Contribute to the Product Roadmap and advise Clients on most effective Sprint dates
• Manage the delivery of project milestones through all stages of the SDLC
• Understand the project teams strengths and weaknesses and allocate resources effectively
• Utilise your domain experience to advise and support on complex subject matter
• Identify areas of conflict and bottlenecks in workflow and devise strategies to resolve these
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, or both, in a Capital Markets environment
• Experience in Derivatives Clearing is highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable interacting with all levels including senior management
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and budgets
• Methodical in approach with strong attention to detail
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude
