YOUR EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or relevant field, combined with proven experience in project management and business analysis. You will be well versed in utilising business analysis techniques and tools to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document processes.
You will have working experience in Agile or Waterfall environments, with the knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies. You will have experience in facilitating, motivating and coaching teams to achieve business objectives.
You will have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project management activities and analysing business processes to ensure efficient and successful project delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
With a flair of creativity, you will have the opportunity to solve problems, to interact with best-in-breed data technologies and to communicate key insights in a variety of formats and within a variety of business domains such as customer experience, market operations, finance, HR/employees etc.

Your role responsibilities will include:

  • Lead business analysis efforts for complex projects, focusing on process mapping, business improvement, and requirements gathering
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
  • Create comprehensive process maps, workflows, and diagrams to visualise and document current and future states
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and drive consensus
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and IT solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis to support business decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals
