Tasks
In this hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role, you will:
- Lead operational changes in core administration platforms (e.g., Viewpoint, BankClarity).
- Integrate new digital platforms such as document management and CRM systems.
- Drive process improvements through mapping and workflow management.
- Provide training on new processes and ensure effective controls.
- Manage projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Respond to support tickets and collaborate for issue resolution.
- Prepare reports for senior management and boards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar Finance Industry role.
- Experience in process/system improvement and digital platform implementation.
- Strong project management skills in both agile and waterfall environments.
- Proficiency in IT tools, data analytics (Excel, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
