THE ROLE

In this 12-month fixed term contract, you’ll work with our business, product, and technology teams supporting our re-platforming and data migration activity across our suite of financial systems. You’ll also play a critical role in documenting system features and the functional design of a new product origination system and the ongoing development of our payments platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Defining feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Documenting business/functional requirements and processes into functional designs
• Converting business requirements into functional designs
• Providing support for scope and delivery decisions
• Working cross functionally to identify impacts of system/application changes to business processes
• Supporting and participating in testing activities
• Providing ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production
• Managing conflicts, issues and risks to optimise the solution and ensure alignment to scope.
• Supporting with the prioritisation of the backlog, assignment, and management of backlog
• Deep analysis and solutioning on payments within financialsystems
