Q2 Software is seeking a Business Analyst for our Integrated Services group based in Austin, TX. This is your chance to join a high-performance team that is pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver, implement, and support custom code for clients. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, developers, and management will ensure a successful career with our growing team.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.

  • SQL RDBMS Management tools
  • C# and .Net framework
  • Perl
    This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflows
  • Create use cases and/or report specifications for approval by clients and the Development team
  • Effectively communicate with Management and project teams across the organization
  • Gather specifications from clients and third party vendors
  • Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
