As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document discoveries, and create solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. By bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects that align with our goals and drive measurable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leading to measurable improvements in business processes and project outcomes.
- Effectively managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships across departments.
- Proactively identifying risks and issues, and devising mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Delivering high-quality analysis and documentation within agreed timelines, contributing significantly to the success of IT initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stages.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis in the software engineering industry.
- Gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the stakeholder and development team.
- Critical thinking on requirements and processes, proactivity in constructively challenge them.
- Backlog management and refinement in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to systematize, present and discuss requirements with the team.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
