ABOUT THE JOB

• FRESH is the new IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK
• Part of FRESH, Master Data is a department in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share Data across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
• Furthermore, the Master Data Team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, database,…)
• Strong knowledge of information systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a high command in Excel
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Availability and customer orientation skills
• Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning and organisation skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Excellent attention to details, rigor and accuracy
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Team spirit and at ease with multitasking
• Ability to report
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
