Our client, a leading global Financial Market data provider, is launching a program to create an innovative self-service platform for business content validation of market data streams.

SKILLS

Must have
Delivery & Operations function, ensuring that DORA and SOX applications are adhering to IAM processes/controls and recertifications expectations, in line with agreed SLA’s, and company standards.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills
Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders through meetings
Facilitates drop-in sessions to accommodate any developments during the process
Reporting capabilities, building dashboards and presenting to senior management
Must demonstrate an attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed to the required quality.
Must take ownership of tasks to ensure completion.
Must possess clear oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to ensure consistent application of process even when dealing with more senior colleagues.
Must have ability to work independently in a global team environment with minimal supervision.

This role will be part of a global team of security analysts delivering IAM services across LSEG businesses.
Operate an effective manual recertification campaigns
Engage key IT owners to perform the manual recertifications, ensure standards are adhered with supporting guides , controls and monitoring are in place
Take a lead role in auditing the evidences provided and ensure necessary revocations are actioned
Take a leading role in training, guiding and supporting IT owners on how to conduct a recertification
Collaborating with key stakeholders within the project team and BAU team to operate and effective monitoring and performance reporting.
Collaborating with the IAM Governance & Controls team to ensure that appropriate IAM controls are implemented where a risk to the business is identified through security reviews, or other compliance activities.
Collaborating with product/application teams to ensure information security polices and standards are integrated within business process.
Report to the Principal Security analyst and work with Senior management and project teams
Critical deliverables:
Onboarding services to utilize IAM processes and controls in line with Cyber Security and business plans.
Impact:
This role is key in ensuring that Cyber Security deliver the appropriate IAM processes and controls to enable the business to achieve the required security posture in its regulated Financial Services environment.
Key KPIs:
IAM Service delivery and operations processes are executed as per company standards within target recertification plan and associated artefacts.
Technical / job functional knowledge:
3+ years of experience in financial institutions with preferred auditing background
Demonstrates a good understanding of information security principles and best practices. Understands information security frameworks and how they can be leveraged in a global financial, regulated, financial services environment.
Demonstrates an understanding of IAM principles and how they are embedded into core business processes.
Demonstrates an understanding of access Recertification, and the ability to present data to key stakeholders
Business and sector expertise:
Preferred prior experience in the financial services and / or technology sector.
Leadership and management experience
This is an individual contributor role.
