THE TEAM

In Retail our Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, and the Retail Delivery Team was formed to support the Retail network with the aim of creating excellent customer engagement, an efficient and digitised experience, and drive performance. Retail Delivery will ensure consistency, transparency, agility, governance and measurement across prioritised Retail initiatives and coordinate the cumulation of change from various transformational change programs and operations to ensure business readiness.

The four key areas of focus are:

  • Digitise sales and service to meet customer expectation
  • Align and enhance workforce and distribution network
  • Continue to grow deposits and lending
  • Ensure sustainability of Community Bank and continued social purpose.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Solid knowledge of business objectives gained through deep analysis of process and business problems.
  • Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries.
  • Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
  • Proven time management and organisation skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)
  • Strong workshop management skills
  • Process mapping
  • Business analysis experience.
  • Advanced PC skills (Visio, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, project).
  • Banking, Finance, or Retail industry experience.

Responsibilities:

As the Business Analyst you will find yourself with a fantastic opportunity to work within BEN’s unique Community Banking Model. Which was established 25 years ago to provide banking and financial services, with a unique point of difference. As the regulatory and consumer landscape continue to change you will be required to work on a key initiative that continues to evolve the model This will require you to work with key stakeholders within the Bank as well as our Community Bank franchisees, where you will be required to use your skills to run multiple discovery workshops, through to requirements elicitation, documentation and support the eventual implementation of required changes.
This is not a Senior or Technology BA role and is geared to more operational BA’s who have some recent experience in working with both internal and external parties to solve operational business problems.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. Full time position, where we are open to all locations – with the ability to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
