We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the IT industry. • Conduct workflow analysis and create technical workflows.
• Document processes and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
• Gather requirements for ITSM application workflows and incident response workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT projects.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize your skills in ‘Requirements Gathering’, ‘Create Workflows’, ‘Documentation’, ‘Process Documentation’, and ‘Technical Documentation’ to perform your duties effectively.
• Business Analyst role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Requirements Gathering is necessary
• Must have the ability to Create Workflows
• Documentation skills are important for this role
• Experience in Process Documentation is required
• Must have the ability to prepare and maintain Technical Documentation
