YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate client automation assessment workshops, process understanding interviews and automation requirements documentation (i.e. user stories, Solution Design Document) sessions
• Collect and consolidate information required in the project business case
• Keep liaison with the Business Analysts, Solution Architect, Automation Developers and client team for a successful project delivery and handover activities
• Be responsible for the process documentation quality and timely completion
• Facilitate discussions and decision making, and escalate them when the case to the Delivery Manager and/or relevant client stakeholders
• Lead project progress meetings and support the Project Management Team
• Plan the UAT activities and ensure the successful completion of the testing period
• Identify knowledge transfer/ training needs for the resources involved on the project, while guiding them to achieve the project objectives and milestones
• Have a good understanding of the automation technologies and low-code platforms available on the market
• Conduct research on market trends of Intelligent Automation under the coordination of the Delivery Manager and/or Technical Lead
• Assist the Business Development Lead in the preparation and delivery of tender documentation and other easy to re-use go to market materials

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Previous requirements gathering, process mapping and redesign experience (especially with complex processes)
• Previous experience with RPA technology (must have) - certifications are a plus
• Experience in facilitating and supporting business change
• Project team coordination and coaching skills (nice to have)
• Exposure to multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) – certifications are considered an advantage
• Have a good understanding of the modern technology landscape
• Knowledge of UiPath, Druid, Microsoft (Azure, OpenAI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Gen AI technologies and their capabilities (nice to have)
• Excellent English communication skills
