Sanimax is currently seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in the finance, manufacturing, and/or transportation domain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in reconfiguring and streamlining operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer Science, or equivalent experience in an operational role.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, conducting business analyses in large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related environments, with expertise in process modeling, reconfiguration, and optimization of operational processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with the INFOR M3 (ERP) system, particularly in the manufacturing and transportation sectors.
  • Proven track record in writing comprehensive documents that establish clear operational and user expectations, project strategies, approaches, and plans, resulting in customer satisfaction and timely project delivery within budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting operational requirements, designing solutions based on industry best practices, developing effective user acceptance testing strategies and usage scenarios, and creating detailed process documentation and training materials. Recognized ability to successfully implement these elements in diverse interdisciplinary initiatives.
  • Strong aptitude for building long-term relationships based on mutual respect and trust with current and prospective users and clients.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within the financial domain, including involvement in large-scale projects related to budgeting processes, financial reporting, consolidation, and mergers and acquisitions. Proficiency in period-end processes, journal entries, and various components of financial operations.
  • Comprehensive expertise in business analysis within the manufacturing sector, encompassing inventory management and reconciliation, product lifecycle management, production capacity and performance, and quality control. Skilled in optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in business analysis within the transportation domain, including participation in significant projects focused on transportation process reconfiguration and route optimization. Proficiency in fleet optimization and cost optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL PRIMARILY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Identifying key operational imperatives
  • Planning and monitoring performance
  • Analyzing enterprise-wide impacts and changes
  • Documenting functional and non-functional requirements
  • Finding and evaluating optimal, proven solutions based on best practices applicable to the entire organization.
  • Preparing and verifying related content (processes, training materials, etc.)
  • Ensuring sustainability, governance, and compliance of implemented solutions
  • Coordinating and effectively communicating activities with cross-functional groups both internally and externally across multiple locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have a good understanding of the company and key success factors that enable Sanimax to be a winning organization.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all business units and different districts.
  • Continuously have an excellent understanding of Sanimax’s application portfolio and processes to prioritize investments in more strategic operational systems and processes.
  • Continuously have an excellent understanding of current operational processes in the business analyst’s specialty area and know the desired future state of this function.
  • Utilize standardized process management techniques to map and document processes and model the current and future state of these processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between users, the IT team responsible for system management, and third-party vendors, if applicable.
  • Guide business application specialists and the network of power users in using established methods and concepts for process improvement.

THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL HAVE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THEIR USER COMMUNITY, INCLUDING:

  • Actively participating in the growth of the company by engaging in mergers and acquisitions, sales, product development, and organizational infrastructure improvement.
  • Establishing and adhering to Sanimax’s methods, standards, and change management processes to ensure continuous project quality.
  • Staying abreast of technology trends related to operational processes to achieve strategic objectives through a conceptual understanding of technologies, combined with solid business knowledge and experience, while setting reasonable expectations and controlling project scope.
  • Defining user needs, creating usage scenarios, and documenting technical requirements by conducting user interviews, facilitating application development sessions, and conducting industry research.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to contribute to solution design and scenario development.
  • Facilitating sessions with users and actively participating to analyze usability and application of solutions.
  • Performing other tasks as needed.
