Business Analyst SAP ECC6 MM (F/M)

The Procure to Pay Domain manages the applications that support direct and indirect purchasing.
SAER is an information system for Indirect purchasing an indirect purchasing system. It manages non “Bought Out of part” purchases for Renault and its subsidiaries. The SAER tool is evolving and needs to be adapted to meet purchasing requirements.
In this context, we are looking for a Business Analyst SAP ECC6 MM to support the evolution of the company in its transformation and implementation projects in the SAER system, to provide SAP expertise and assist the POs in the management of the Product.

Your mission

• Study and analyse business requirements; understand a problematic context and business process, challenge the business and propose solutions
• Organize and lead workshops with technical and functional contacts to refine requirements
• Take in charge the design of functionalities (SAP MM module) for the project, which will be developed and parameterized by employees of RNTBCI in India
• Liaise with the business, the Product Owner of the SAER Purchasing scope located in France
• Define and write User Stories and their acceptance criteria; write the analysis documents required for changes and identification of the solution in SAP.
• Define US test strategy and execute tests; design, specify, test and maintain API, event, file and IDOC interfaces enabling exchanges between SAER and other information systems
• Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate delivery of user stories
• Write Technic-Functional documentation
• Build data migration tools for migration activities
• Participate in corrective, preventive and evolutionary product maintenance

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Working experience with SAP ECC6 expertise, MM module minimum 8 years
• Working experience of SD/MM, MM/FI integration
• Working experience as Agile Business Analyst SAP MM – 5 years
• Working experience as SAP MM Technic-Functional (ABAP, BADI, USER-EXIT, SMARTFORMS, SAPSCRIPT,…) minimum 2 years
• Experience of IDOC interface
• Good knowledge of migration tools (LSMW, etc.) and the integration with SAP systems (CPI, BTP….) and non-SAP systems (API: APIGEE, BRUNO, files: CFT…)
• Use of JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work in a multicultural context
• Fluent English language

Desirable

• Knowledge of other SAP modules (FI, CO, ..)
• Good Data culture
• S/4 Hana experience would be a plus
• French language would be a plus
