Our partner, a well-known international corporation from Germany, is seeking a Business Analyst (m/f/x) to join their team. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf region, Germany (2 days in an office weekly).
Role Overview: As the Business Analyst, you will oversee the development and maintenance of a global tendering platform for purchasing produce items, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
Tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (at least C1).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand new topics quickly, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confident individual capable of organizing and moderating complex issues, while representing the IT Architecture department’s interests effectively.

• Lead the design and implementation of new features and requirements.
• Address technical queries and serve as the primary contact for technical matters.
• Interface between the business unit and external service providers/developers.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, proposing effective solutions.
• Support projects focused on end-to-end processes, data flows, and cross-system technical interconnections.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies and risks associated with other projects and rollouts early in the process.
