JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with customer(sales team) to identify and document business processes and functional requirements.
- Understand, analyze, validate and document user stories, and acceptance scenarios.
- Provide presentations and demonstrations on Product Features
- Translate business processes and functional requirements into proper configuration and customization requirements.
- Implement and test the configuration part and provide detailed instructions to development team.
- Write new requirements / User Stories documents, for new functionalities (CRs, new features, etc.).
- Functional support to development teams in design processes
- Functional support to the testing teams by preparing test scenarios and participate in system testing before releases to the customers
- Oversee end to end implementation by the project team, and act as a liaison between the customer business users and the project development and testing team.
- Participate in training activities of employees and customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be a self starter, deep knowledge of US life Insurance domain, specifically Life & Annuity Products.
- Education : As per the location standards.
- Experience required is minimum 8+ years as a Business analyst.
- Excellent analytical skills
- 4+ years of experience with life/annuity policy administration systems.
- Policy Admin System configuration experience.
- Great SQL knowledge.
- Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.
- US life/annuity Insurance business knowledge - MUST HAVE
- Excellent communications skills.
- Experience working with US insurance customers.
- Experience with core organizational product implementations
- Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience working in a large global organization
