Description:
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce CRM.
- At least two years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Experience in the FinTech sector, with familiarity in platforms like nCino, Fundingo, or TMO, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
- Adherence to the highest ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to take on responsibilities independently.
