- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst - Senior to join our team
- The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services, interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document business needs and requirements This role is crucial in promoting a consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
- The Business Analyst - Senior will lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems and opportunities, documenting technical business requirements
- The role involves developing strategies, preparing business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and leading workshops to elicit and document business requirements
- The candidate will also oversee production support and configuration management, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies
Senior Business Analyst – Mandatory Skills
- 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Experience working with Custom Develop Software teams
- Minimum 3 years of Agile Scrum experience
- Strong experience in developing use cases, context diagrams, sequence diagrams, user stories, and technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills
Senior Business Analyst – Preferred Skills
- Experience with information retrieval packages
- Knowledge of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into technology solutions
