The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Analyst, IT Serialisation role will make an impact:

• Supporting and leading solution implementation of serialization needs of Viatris in Europe for internal and contract manufacturing
• Implementing IT serialization sytem including Tracelink, SAP ATTP, and SAP core ERP system
• Liasing with business partner to understand the requirements in the serialization space and provide the optimized solutions
• Collaboration with the IT team to deliver solutions, serving as the primary IT representative for serialization systems in the Europe region
• Supporting internal manufacturing system and contract manufacturing system integration with ATTP and Tracelink
• Supporting IT process around serialization in area of quality process and supply chain
• Designing and deploying the serialization solution Enhancements in ATTP and Tracelink systems
• Resolve issues at packaging sites and provide strategic solutions for seamless operations
• Working with IT leads from across the globe to successfully complete the serialization of product at packaging lines
• Provide SAP technical support around ABAP and Integration work
• Communicates project progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Third level qualification in related discipline, preferably IT, MIS, CIS or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated strong experience in Information Technology experience, Serialisation solution experience & SAP ERP Technical experience.
• Preferred experience with Tracelink Solution & SAP ATTP
• Demonstrated ability to logically troubleshoot complex PC and PLC based control systems.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, organised and resourceful, good attention to detail and problem solving with flexible attitude
• Ability to deal with and lead in ambiguous situations: significant systems and business process change management in high volume production environment
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
