We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Business Analyst - Digital to join our Digital Channels function. Involved in a wide range of change, the work is varied including - looking at our processes and how we can improve, how we can use tooling better or working on web design projects as a hybrid BA/ Service Designer. If you like variety and challenge in your role, then this will be the opportunity for you!
This is a hybrid role, working from home and approx. once a month in our central Leeds office (or more if you prefer!)
Fixed term contract 12 months

As BA/ Service Designer, you will

• Gather, analyse and agree functional and non-functional requirements for business change
• Conduct impact analysis, including detailed gap analysis between current and future state to consider full scope of people, processes, data and technology affected by proposed solutions
• Craft and visualise efficient process or service designs
• Strive to improve your own and the team’s capabilities in business analysis & design, agile delivery and change leadership
