REQUIRED SKILLS:

Has a very good understanding of data storage, processing, and analytic solutions. (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, Snowflake, etc.)
Experience with various ITSM, Project Management and CRM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Asana, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a candidate who has extensive experience to drive shift left, content refresh and self-service initiatives to reduce ticket volumes and handle time.
The candidate is interested in new technologies and solutions and has been in a Business Analysis, Data Scientist or similar role for at least 2 years.
The successful applicant will work in an agile environment and will be able to assist and support Service Managers, Service Owner and business partners on various projects; validate business requirements for content improvement and migrations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with business partners and colleagues to understand their requirements and objectives.
Take lead (end to end management) of low/medium complexity content improvements. Own the content migration programs/participate to provide specifications for the new technology solutions andamp; infrastructures, helping for the implementations, monitoring andamp; testing.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing document management systems, workflows, and data structures. Identify data sources, mappings, and dependencies to be considered for any initiatives.
Recommend and assess impacts of changes that enable the team to achieve its goals; captures, analyzes, and documents requirements; and supports the communication and delivery of those requirements to the customers.
Collaborate with delivery teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Serve as a liaison between the business and delivery teams.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Provides directions, expertise andamp; training for the teammates.
