Description:
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- As a member of the Operational Excellence department, conduct process mapping and analysis for various business functions, involving relevant departments.
- Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements.
- Identify pain points, propose process improvements, and implement changes.
- Lead and facilitate workshops focused on business process enhancements.
- Independently execute smaller LowCode development tasks.
- Ensure accurate documentation of detailed procedures and working instruction for the improved processes.
- Manage complex process improvement projects in collaboration with the Process Automation team and user departments.
- Lead and support the implementation of 5S (6S) in the office area.
