Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with performance reporting and billing, preferably using Tamarac Advisor View.
  • Acute analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and formulate analysis plans with minimal supervision.
  • Computer skills required: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivots, Macros, VBA), knowledge of SQL queries a plus.
  • Licensed Series 7 a plus.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiarity with Tamarac (or other portfolio management software), Portfolio Center, and Salesforce a huge plus.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Generating detailed and accurate portfolio reports for clients, including performance summaries, holdings, transactions, and other key metrics.
  • Data Management: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data within all systems, including the reconciliation of accounts, transactions and positions.
  • Billing: Setting up and maintaining fee structures and billing rules within the Tamarac system and coordination of billing client accounts with accounting.
  • Customization: Customizing reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of clients or internal stakeholders, often using advanced features of the Tamarac platform.
  • Support and Training: Providing support and training to users including troubleshooting issues and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Integration: Integrating data with systems and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that all reports and processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintaining thorough documentation of procedures and configurations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
