In this role, you will play a leading part in building transparency and providing insights into key performance metrics, You are responsible for management- and operational reporting for the organization with a focus on Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Trade.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments, helping to identify business needs, develop analytical solutions, and enhance decision-making processes. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will drive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic business decisions.

• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to support key business decisions. With the use of PowerBI creating dynamic dashboards and interactive reports that present data in a clear and engaging way.
• Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Trade. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance overall business performance, using data-driven insights.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive management and operational reports, summarizing data findings and providing recommendations. Maintain thorough documentation of processes, projects, and analytical methods for internal use. Work extensively with PowerBI, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on PowerBI tools and reporting functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data analysis, reporting, and PowerBI.
• User of ERP (Dynamics 365): Represent the needs of the Inventory & Business Control (IBC) department in cross-departmental IT and ERP-related projects, particularly in Dynamics 365.
