Job Description and Person Specification
Our Projects and Change team have the opportunity for you to contribute to Southampton City Council’s transition to a new Social Care Case Management System.
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to join our project team, to help shape and deliver this significant programme of change.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will be joining a team of projects and change professionals in addition to a large team of Business Analysts.

Responsibilities:

You will have experience of designing and implementing IT solutions to meet specific business needs. Knowledge of the Adult Social Care sector and/or experience of implementing or developing a social care case management system would be beneficial.
Working with a range of stakeholders, you will be experienced in working across business change, IT enabling projects and process re-design, constructively challenging the status quo to research, design and deliver forward thinking solutions.
Alongside the responsibilities of the business analyst role, you will have evidence of a strong commercial focus and a breadth of experience. We also look to our Business Analyst to actively contribute to developing capability within the council.
