QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or operations or the equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Ability to establish, build, and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships
- Effective facilitation, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical, detail oriented, and organized approach to work
- Effective time manager with the proven ability to manage multiple priority projects
- Strong investigative, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical staff
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation
- Strong technical acumen. In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, particularly Raiser’s Edge or Financial Edge, is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization software is advantageous
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an asset
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are considered an asset
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a collaborative, inquisitive, and organized team member to serve as a Business Analyst. Working under the Senior Manager, Analytics & Reporting, the Business Analyst will work with various teams throughout the organization to support the Foundation’s data and systems initiatives.
