The Contract Business Analyst, will be a key member of the Supply Chain digital transformation project working closely with stakeholders from various business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP product configurator, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current product configurations and identify opportunities for redesign within the CTO (Configure to Order) model
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to develop optimized product configurations
  • Conduct process analysis and mapping using Lucidchart and other diagramming tools
  • Create detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and validate requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the Product redesign as part of the ERP Implementation
  • Develop functional specifications and work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of the product restructure and CPQ process to ensure it meets business needs and objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, including test cases and scenarios
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the project team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to project stakeholders and senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement
