This role utilizes analytical skills on end-to-end data globally for Reverse Logistics planning, forecasting, that impacts tactical planning, goal setting and execution of projects.

• Analyze Service Supply Chain data, use statistical methods to derive insights, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and understand underlying issues and opportunities
• Use historical data to make predictions about future Service Supply Chain outcomes, such as expected return volumes and potential bottleneck
• Plan and forecast reverse logistics for hearing aids and accessories, including order frequency, safety stocks, cycle stocks, reorder point, SWAP, fresh build, and component level
• Establish methodology to capture ROP and safety stock for new product introduction (NPI)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset re-utilization and service levelCollaborate with BI team to build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key Service Supply Chain metrics and performance indicators.
